Although it’s looks make intentions clear – it’s a pure-blooded off-road adventure jacket – the Blackwater 2 H2O is packed with CE-level 1 SEESMART protective armor at shoulders and elbows, and there’s a pouch ready to add an optional CE-level 2 SEESOFT back protector, assuring you’re safe when adventures take you across tarmac. When it’s time for serious off-road adventuring, the Blackwater 2 H2O is designed to be worn over our Proteus protector jacket. Just remember to take the standard shoulder and elbow armor out first to keep things fitting safely and comfortably

Under this garment you can wear our REV'IT! Avertum Tech-Air® Airbag - or a Tech5 airbag - if you purchase the garment one size bigger than your usual size. If you wish to wear a garment that is marked as ""Ready for Avertum Tech-Air® airbag system"", you must be sure that the garment can accommodate the expansion of the airbag and therefore we recommend following below fit equation: 1. Measure chest circumference and divide the measurement by two; 2. Measure garment flat on chest line; 3. If the difference between point 1 and point 2 is 12 centimeters or bigger the garment is suitable to wear on top of the airbag. Note: Please keep in mind that the garment should be purchased in the correct size in order for the shoulder and elbow protection to fit properly and best protect you in case of a crash. In order to create space for the expansion of the airbag, you can remove all separate layers (thermal liners, water proof liners) that can restrict the expansion of the airbag in the event of a crash. Remove the separate back protector in your garment, if any, when wearing the airbag (a back protector is included in the airbag) and adjust all adjustment straps on body to the widest position.
